As Talent Acquisition Director, Angela Mortemore oversees a team of recruitment specialists, interviewers and administrative staff focused on acquiring and maintaining premier HIT talent for ESD. Mrs. Mortemore’s fluency with the end-to-end recruitment cycle allows her to implement recruitment strategies that align with ESD’s culture, policies and goals – and ensure all clients have access to an end-to-end HIT skill set.
Before coming to ESD, Mrs. Mortemore was an account executive at a corporate consulting firm, where she was responsible for selecting, recruiting and training employees to serve international firms. Prior to that, she worked in recruitment and sales for multiple technology firms.
Mrs. Mortemore earned dual Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Business Management from Lourdes College in Sylvania, Ohio.
