As the Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Mulligan oversees the operations initiatives of ESD. In her role, Ms. Mulligan is responsible for overseeing the main operations aspects of the company, which includes Human Resources, Marketing, Staffing, Training and Projects.
An active Registered Nurse for 22 years and counting, Ms. Mulligan’s clinical background gives her a unique perspective on the implementation of new technology and the importance of undisrupted workflow and patient care. As a result she excels at operational leadership and delivery with a proven record of success in an industry focused on client care, consulting and service delivery. She exerts skills in client relationship management and managing the operations of large teams of both clinical and IT professionals, due to her years of clinical expertise. Her experience has allowed her to manage both small and complex implementations and successfully managed follow up initiatives.
Ms. Mulligan received a BA in Management and Organizational Development and Associates of Applied Science in Nursing from The University of Toledo.
