Terri Guidera is the Training and Operations Director at ESD with responsibilities that include organizing and overseeing all training related activity. She also serves as a liaison between management, IT and internal departments to facilitate development and execution of processes and operational efficiency. Terri brings a wealth of IT knowledge to ESD, responsible for significant evolution and advancement of the company’s processes, reporting and information flow.
Prior to joining ESD, Ms. Guidera spend more than two decades leading training and operations initiatives in the corporate and adult education arena. Her depth of experience has help her develop programs for ESD which help clients and employees immediately fall into sync with new technology, skills and best practices. Her background also gives her a unique understanding from a financial and management standpoint that allows her to focus on small details with the greater project perspective in mind.
Ms. Guidera earned her Bachelor of Independent Studies in Business and Psychology from Lourdes University in Sylvania, Ohio.
