In the HIT consulting world, a few recurring themes often hinder consultants from performing at their full potential. From our perspective, these are details that can and should be avoided – and so we avoid them. ESD is extremely proud of the fact that our consultants are good at what they do. We start by matching consultants to schedules, locations and projects that work best for them. Some of our consultants are road warriors while some work close to home – others move from project to project while their counter parts stay with one organization for months at a time. All are paid on time. This consultant-focused approach continues with booking flights for our consultants and paying for them in advance – with timely reimbursement for all other expenses.
Finally, we understand our consultants must be on-site to maintain strong client relationships and oversee projects. We believe equally, however, that the ESD culture is a vital component of our consultants’ happiness and client success. Because of this, we strive to maintain healthy balance of travel, training, personal and company time to ensure you always feel part of our team.
