“I would like to express how helpful the ESD consultants were during the implementation of our Eclipsys Sunrise Clinical Management System. Every member of the implementation team was knowledgeable about the system and how best to utilize the system at the bedside. The consultants were very visible on the unit yet not intrusive. They were helpful to the staff and very responsive to the leadership of the unit.
Any questions were answered fully and the implementation team worked closely with our IT staff to troubleshoot and implement enhancements to the system as needed. The implementation of SCM went smoothly with minimal disruptions to the flow of patient care.
